Electricity & Gas
Your electricity costs are based on usage and the reading is taken from your holiday home's meter. The rate is identical to the amount we pay for the park's electricity and payment is made to us directly.
Insurance
Just like with any large important purchase, you'll need insurance to help protect your holiday home. All of our owners are required to take out an annual policy to ensure they're covered against risks such as fire, flood, and theft, and are protected from public and property owner's liability.
Rates, Water & Drainage
The rates, sewerage, and drainage costs you pay will depend upon the park you choose. The amount is influenced by the park's size, facilities, and location. Good news our Pitch Fees cover all of these for peace of mind.
You're Covered
When you purchase a new or used holiday home static caravan, warranty coverage is essential for peace of mind. This warranty typically protects you against defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring that any issues arising within the warranty period are addressed without additional cost. Depending on the manufacturer, warranties can vary in length and coverage, so it's important to review the details carefully.
In addition to the standard warranty, some dealers offer extended warranty options that cover more extensive repairs and maintenance. This can be particularly beneficial for older models, where wear and tear may lead to unexpected expenses. Always inquire about the specifics of the warranty, including what is covered, how to file a claim, and any limitations that may apply.
